Scientists not spawnign on cargo. The ai command is set to true. I don't believe my mods have it turned off but im not sure. Any help would be amazing!
Scientists not spawning on cargo ship
I have exactly the same problem. CH47 and cargoship do not have NPC and RHIB. Restarting the server helps for a while. If I call cargoship with the spawn command, there are NPC.
Server OS: Linux
I tried to move to the ship as soon as it appeared, but died before reaching it due to crossing the borders of the map 00:44:16. Perhaps this is the reason.

What's your map size?
I found some plugins that helped but they are not umod supported so I can't post them
I tried the *Fix plugins from Ultra, does not work. Only way to stop scientists getting killed is using a map smaller than 4000.

Changing mqp size didn't help me. Went up to 6000 and still had problems. The plugins did help me though.
Of course you had problems, 6000 is bigger than 4000.
