Where can i increase the amount of HP
Default is 10000 i need 20 000
Do I have to use a plugin for this or can I change it in server settings ?

If you change that one thing your server will be modded and belongs in the Modded category anyway, so why not just install the plugin ?
I'm sure there are ways, but the purpose of this site is for support with Oxide (and uMod) and community plugins.

Orange once someone changes anything that affects the players game play (such as the health of an item) its not modded under FP's definition. The only modded addons allowed are admin type tools that dont add any UI's or change anything about the players experiance.
It does alter game play and afaik should be prohibited
