My server raw console is fucked up after last update. Also wanted to turn to vanilla from oxide modded and just ran again update.bat, then RSM LIte Tool then again tried with the Update.bat that just updates the server and its not going vanilla, if i do something wrong please correct me. Loads slow and i am almost sure crash at one point because tried to do server.description from the rcon console Rust Admin but then nothing happened. Tried status in both server console and rcon app and server were like frozen. I got reports about awful lag and am sure I have problems with plugin or something. So wanted to go vanilla and see if there are wired problems again but somehow oxide stays.

About the wired console heard its issue form last update...

Can someone help me what should i do... My server have like 40-50fps at MAX and its around 30 all of the time...

Its pure vanilla now but looks like oxide is not the problem because had only logs and admin tools like max 10 plugins before.

Also console is like broken and i see this (as shown on the image in the link) + whole server loads slowly. On my pc where play rust have test server and loads for like half the speed and its on HDD, on the host VPS is on SSD and loads slow as fu*k.

Are there optimization tips or something that can do on my VPS (WIndows Server 2016)

Highest priority available where? For the Proccess in the Task Manager or? I have like this in my start.bat file.

start /WAIT /HIGH /AFFINITY FE RustDedicated.exe -batchmode -nographics -silent-crashes ^...

Whats the best option that can do? Now will ask the hosting company about the exact CPU because were listed in the plans like 10GB ram and 50GB SSD, CPU - 6 cores (but thats not ok)... 

I wanna run small server and do not have the money to pay for expensive hostings and stuff.
