Some of servers display in game as just wiped, seconds ago but they are not wiped, when I refresh list they are always just wiped... how they do that?

This is something you will be blacklisted by Facepunch for, most likely.

they are top moded servers and are not blacklisted...

Then make sure to report them :) We're not here for breaking rules, so please do not.
