How do I limit my moderators access to tools and etc? There's certain mods that I don't want to be able to use radar f.ex, and some I'm afraid will abuse the no clip, though I want them to be able to control abusive chatters and etc. 

Don't use moderatorid, use plugins that utilize permissions instead. You can find plugins using the Plugins section.

Presumming you've created the 'mod' group in oxide using o.group add mod then /perms group mod for an easy to use GUI.
