So i was wondering how can i have many ownerd like when i give ownerid to someone they get it but when server restarts they dont have it anymore after that is there any kind of plugin what can keep their ownerid when they get given that.

Did you use "server.writecfg" to save them? If not, they wouldn't be saved when the server restarts.
