The log stays for half an hour to download the compiler, and the attempt to reopen it is invalid. After waiting for 1 hour, it still looks like this.

If the Compiler.exe is not being downloaded, something is preventing it from doing so; either network/server or filesystem. According to your log though, you are missing the majority of the Oxide installation though, as no extensions are showing when there should be half a dozen or so.

I'd suggest doing a full reinstall of Oxide from our site, and then provide the full and complete oxide/logs here when starting fresh.
