is their a plugin that will allow the server to run in PVP mode or PVE mode using a command ??
So i can set PVE at certain hours ??

so using that plugin would i have to have the whole map as a set zone ?????????
Ive not done this type of thing before - its always been PVP

Read plugin documentation, everything literally explained there. Or ask plugin author.

You should DISABLE in-built PVE (NO pve true) for this plugin to function.
