Hello guys, so I have a server that is self hosted via pterodactyl panel.

I have opened all the ports, there is NO firewall as its only for casual rust. 

Anyway enough back story, so I am able to connect as are 3 other people BUT then we have around 5 or 6 who can not join it just says 

"Disconnected: connection failed - returning to main menu."

I have no idea how to fix, I got them to check firewall their side, I checked to make sure defo none myside via host etc... 

I just don't know what to do or how to fix this issue.
