Is there a setting or how hard would it be to write a plugin that allowed you to set the altitude limits for the minicopter, scrap helicopter and chinook? We'd like them to be able to go a little higher on one of our servers that has some tall structures.

I've never tried to change it.  But look into 'serviceCeiling'.  That's what limits flying things.
