Dear Umod community, 
As you may see the title from this Thread has said it already but let me explain it a littlebit more, 
So I'm trying to host two different servers on one local pc,
which is kinda working for one server the first server is able to boot compleetly, 
And the second server is getting this error, 
Couldn't create server on port 28015 (startup error),
Couldn't create server
Startup compleet, 
now the weirds thing is this, 
I'm not even able to connect it though the client.connect command, 
which is weird because I've portforwarded everything correctly, 
and I've changed the ports on the second server, 
the first server is running on the ports, 
UDP 28015/TCP 28016
second server is running with the ports, 
UDP 29015/TCP 29016, 
and I'm even not able to connect on the servers which is weird, 
So if someone have a idea please share it with me, 
Any options are welcome to  help me futher with this

Are you running a Linux or Windows server?

Windows server 2019

Have you checked the Task Manager for duplicate RustDedicated.exe processes?

Yes i did and there isn't anything duplicated from  RustDedicated.exes, 
I'm able to just run 1 server and after I'm turning the second server on the first server just disapears from the ingame list aswell,
Dunno why but I gues I'm doing something wrong 

Sounds like the port wasn't changed for the second server, which is where this error comes from. How are you changing the port?

As it should be I have place this inside of my host.bat  for my second server, 
+server.port "28018"^
+rcon.port "28017"^

which I guess should be working
