I want to write a plugin to control the speed at which you age. Is that API made available through umod? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

The look of players is generated based on a player's Steam ID, and generated on each client individually. So likely not something you can do from the server, and isn't something Oxide/uMod would be providing.
The item list is full of head hair , eyebrows etc but it seems its something FP started and then forgot about, maybe one day (?).
They added these items before model started actually including hair, so they were just for test. But like many other things tested before, FP just left them be in rust.pookins
