Server not showing up for some people

Seems my server which is US-based does not show up for people in other countries i.e. UK, germany etc.

Its been awhile since i have hosted a rust server so maybe this is something new? ports work fine, turned firewall off with same results, everyone in the US can see the server it just doesnt show up for friends outside the US.

Anything I can do?

Server can be missing in server manager if:
  1. Server manager still updating
  2. High ping from player to server
  3. Server is blacklisted

i am able to see servers in AU with ping of 900+
