for some reason my server crashed and once i started the server back up one of the players was under the map i teleported him to me
and now for some reason on all other players screens hes stood in one spot but on his hes running around hes tried f1 kill , disconnecting but still nothing?

Make him suicide AND disconnect, then try rebooting. Who knows maybe that'll work :)
