As i know there can be made fake player count. So yeah its bannable and if you do so can set fake players in server browser like 3real/40fake/50max.
But if you can change somehow also ping. The main idea is that my server cant be seen for players. Its 50 ping so nothing bad but again it`s not listing. Is there way to change ping displayed in server browser with 10-20 so they can see inside list? Is it bannable? (i think yes but not sure) and if you can help DM Prived. 

I dont think u can do that. Also dont, I think all kind of this lie is bannable.

Pretty sure Facepunch would not welcome that idea nor would players.

Try not to fake anything or be known as one who does such things.
It lessens the credability of your community if you do so.

And that has no long term future.
Always keep that in mind.

There is also the server browser from steam that you cannot fake. Unless you can intercept the connection between client and the server list i don't think you can manipulate the ping players see.

Also used VPN to locate myself from Bulgaria to Netherlands and Servers with 20 ping form Balkan States were missing in my list, if i wanna play inside them what? Same applies to my server after this research. I am hosting Bulgarian server but location is Paris, so i am not surprised if players say can`t see the server. Game is trash and facepunch have to do anything but for now will keep away form kind of ping players modifications.

Facepunch cannot control who you pay for hosting or what country you choose to pay for hosting in, i have servers all over the globe.

If you wanted to host from your country and no providers in your area perhaps host off a local machine and port forward with ddos protection.

Yeah but if you host inside other country inside EU... players in your country cant find it. So if you wanna host paris server and do not have paris host providers, so use france or London, your server is not listet FACEPUNCH FAULT! No other logical answer or? explain :D Because i have this problem exactly. Bulgaria is i tihnk you can check on map. Host form paris and yeah not listed.

The only reason i can think of is that the server located so far and the ping is so high and other closer servers filled up your browser hence the server cannot be seen to some players or the client took so long to receive any informations from the server it timeout.

Also fake player counts? When you see the player list you can see the steam profiles not? So how would you fake this without having zombie steam profiles that only own rust?
