Unloaded plugin Rust Translation API v1.0.3 by Arainrr​
Download archive from https://crowdin.com/backend/download/project/rust.zip and extracted to /oxide/data/Translations (deleting all file before upload)
after, load plugin

I just tested it and no message shows up. It's not actually an error, it's just a reminder that you should update the translation file 😉
