I want to inform you of there findings, so maybe it can be fixed.
It happened when I dropped the dll file in managed folder.

Hello there,
It was your RustMapApi plugin crashing oxide and causing your server not to respond I renamed it with 1 in the name so it won't load in, and your server is joinable now.
