Are you running latest Rust Map API? I know in an older version there was an issue if you mistyped the upload originally it would try to upload 1000's of images and could lock you out of the API temporarily. I tested the command and it's working fine for me so API is working correctly.

I don't know what you mean by that link. You should be putting your client id in the ImgurApi config.
