One of my players is having a problem with items being restored it shows in his invetory for a second then it all dissapears and still removes it from his dead body making it so he loses his inventory completly everytime he dies 

I am having the same issue, it doesnt happen every time but does happen what seems like at random, to random players

do either of you use epic loot?

I used restoreupondeath for a long time, loved it, but got tired of other plugins breaking it.

So I made my own.

Its in the death pit of waiting for uMod review, but you can find it here

Ive added support for Epic Loot, Raidable Bases, Armor Inserts, everything we have run into.

I added the ability to perserve inventory through wipes.

The config is very simple, id be willing to and will likely be expanding it some.

Perhaps this will help while you wait for updates here
