Boat items say " cant remove: Server has disabled the entity from being removed"

I would still vote for the option to enable or disable it or make it by permission. I didn't experience any bugs so far, but we got players creating tickets why they couldn't remove boat items all of a sudden. So I would prefer to leave the option up to the admins (with a clear warning that bugged behaviour can occur).

Looking into this now, default configs make walls and floors of any building tier require wood and low grade.

Anybody found an alternative method/plugin to remove boat parts? My server is using TruePVE and everything is configured not to take damage, even from owners, so the remover tool is really the only way for players to remove their own blocks and I've been getting a few tickets about boat parts not being removable... Re-configuring TruePVE just for this feature would not be preferable
