When i installed this it works but when my friend trys to remove something in our base it dosent work for him and he is authorized on the TC it just says "you couldnt use the removertool: you dont have any rights to remove this" why is this?

Here is what is have the configuration set to as of now. the problem is i can remove stuff but others cant even if they are authorized on all toolcups
