A chat message popping up informing the user that they're doing something wrong would be great. Right now there is no feedback if they aren't doing something right... bad for beginners.

Example, if I set it to only with hammer and I try to hit with hatchet, warn with chat message to use a hammer.

Or if i have it set to require no tool, warn me when I'm trying to remove with a tool out... etc. 

Years ago I believe this used to be part of this plugin but I don't think it's here anymore. PLEASE ADD THIS!

Can pitch in a few bucks to add if needed, let me know. 

I've tried it and it's not very easy to implement, so I suggest you change the "ToolEnabled" in the language file

Or change "CanRemove".  like "CanRemove": "You can remove it by holding a hammer and pressing left mouse button"
