I have added /remove structure permission and the /remove admin permissions.... still it will not work.

Say in detail?  I am not sure what more i can say... when I type /remove structure I get a banner like I can remove the structure but now when I click the mouse nothing happens at all.

What more do you need?  Please ask specific questions because I do not know how much more I can provide.

You should check your "Remove Mode Settings"
