Use salvaged hammer to remove building parts and entities?
I need some help updating the json so that we can use a salvaged hammer to remove entities based on tc owner
we would like anything hit with salvaged hammer to be full refunded to the player, example hitting a placed furnace would place the item in inventory instead of just remove/destroy it
Sorry, this plugin can't do that.
You can only hit with a hammer, not with a salvaged hammer
in the RustEZ servers they managed to do it, you can visit those servers and ask the admin of the servers, maybe they help you, but I think theirs is a plugin compiled personally, I don't think they want to share it

If you cant what is the purpose of the "Specific Tool Mode" ?

You need to hold this specific tool to use the remover tool instead of using it to hit

I was able to switch it to the salvaged hammer in the specific tool mode and it does work, but to clarify we were trying to have this work without having to type /remove in the chat command each time. Is there some way you can add a setting where when using a specific tool the /remove is always active? So we do not have to do the chat command every time, it just is always enabled?
I too would like the melee hit mode to be always on for normal mode, when the specific melee tool is equipped, without the need to type /remove.

There is nothing more annoying than spending a considerable amount of time building/wiring/constructing something and then accidently removing it,  That is why the /remove command stops you doing that and (i think) why FP introduced the delay in removing an item but that does not include doors/walls/floors, You could find yourself several floors lower or staring through the (missing)  walls of your base .

i got it to work like rustez server where u hoding the salvage hammer and it remove the item you hit and active when you hold the salvage hammer no need to type /remove in chat it only took a few try and under a hour
