Not sure what is going on it still not working, 
I have permission "removertool.normal" thats the only one i have it set for.

Gives me no option to remove with Economics

This is a Wall, not Floor Frame​...

Woops i am a dumb dumb , i guess after editing mods and my server for over 9 hours i guess i needed sleep , yes its working now.

But the Crosshair and Eco Icon is still not showing on /remove , i changed both images too.

Wait for ImageLibrary to load the image.

Ok seems i did not have ImageLib installed i must of deleted it a bit again and forgot , it is now all working.
