Not notifying when deactivating

Hello there!

I am having an issue with this plugin. Whenever I do /remove and wait 30 seconds till it disables, it doesn't say it deactivated in chat. So whenever I type /remove to enable it and then type /remove again, it says deactivated. Whenever I wait 30 seconds and then do /remove again, it says activated again, so it was deactivated without notifying. How can I fix this?

You can use the UI to determine whether the remover tool is enabled

Thank you for your fast answer! I am not using the GUI, as I think it is ugly and not needed. Is there no way to make it so it says: "Deactivated Remover Tool" when the time runs out?
