Trying to fine tune my settings, maybe someone can help. I want /remove to only be available to an entity owner that has TC control also and his clan mates. Would this be correct?

I understand the TC option is "strongly unrecommended" as a single option but should be OK in conjunction with Entity Owners set to true, right?
