My server provider told me theres a bug with the oxide plugin. :O 
He said something about a "start parameter". Dunno what this is. But they said because of it the programm doesn't load any plugins into the config files etc. 
Would be great to hear something helpfull as my server runs for about 1 month now and all i want are some plugins for administrative intentions ^^`.

I'm not sure what "start parameter" you are referring to, but there are no known issues at the moment with Oxide for Reign of Kings. If you can provide some additional details, logs, etc., we can see what we can do to help.

my provider is NITRADO.
I just reinstalled the oxide plugin on my server via filezilla. I also tried it on WinSCP.
The installation worked fine. So theres an oxide folder with the following folders in it:
config
lang
data
logs
plugins
oxide.config.json

Except the plugin folder every other folder is empty. even after restarting etc.
There are following plugins that i have in the plugin folder:
chatguard.cs
checkinventory.cs
crashprotection.cs
duelsmanager.cs
inventoryinfo.cs
inventoryshield.cs
kits.cs
nightkillonly.cs
popupmanager.cs
topKDR.cs
votingsystem.cs

Under the folder ROKData/Managed are following dll's with oxide in their names:
Oxide.Core.dll
Oxide.CSharp.dll
Oxide.MySql.dll
Oxide.References.dll
Oxide.ReignOfKings.dll
Oxide.SQLite.dll
Oxide.Unity.dll

Sounds normal so far, what’s the issue specifically? Plugins not loading could mean Oxide isn’t fully installed, errors while compiling, missing dependencies, etc., so logs would be a good place to start as well as verifying Oxide is fully installed by testing it on the server.

because thats a little bit to high for me :s

Generally I wouldn't, but seeing as it seems to be on up and coming issue from Nitrado (second report in a few months, isolated to them) with Reign of Kings, probably would be good to take a look to see what's going on with their setup.
