Can someone do me a favor?

Explain, or maybe show me how exactly install the Oxide Plugin on my server, so i can use plugins :S

So when i extract the zip i get ROK_Data. So only drag this one into the location you named? so i use filezilla.

Ok there is an oxide folder :D but somehow the plugins dont have a config file :S. i added them to plugins. restarted the server and filezilla. still they dont have any. not even lang files :S

Not all plugins have a configuration file or lang file, but I'd suggest checking your oxide/logs for errors.

theres not even a file in the logs folder :S

Well i think its better to go through this by explain what exactly i have done:
I have a server on Nitrado. It's a server with a password. 
I downloaded the oxide zip. I extracted it. I got a ROK_Data folder ouzt of it.
I stopped my server. I opened filezilla and opened the reignofkings folder. I took the extracted ROK_Data folder and dragged it into the opened reignofkings folder. It said download completed. Then i restarted my server. after that i saw an oxide folder above the new ROK_Data folder. It has folders such as config,lang,data,logs,plugins and a oxide.config.json. when i drag a plugin into the plugins folder its there. but even after restarting my server there are no plugins listed in confic etc.

i changed the provider. Now its gportal. Somehow it worked
