Just like the title says, is it possible to have the /recycle only work in safezones?

Currently no, I'll take this as a suggestion and consider it for the next version. The main reason I don't want to add it right away is that the config would need a bit of work because it has so many booleans right now and that'd have to override other ones. Like there's "Allowed In Safe Zones" to allow to recycle in a safe zone and if I added this I'd name it "Only Allow Recycling in Safe Zones." I'll see what I can do.

thanks for your responce, it'll be great to see as an option, but also understand you'll need to edit alot of stuff to get it done.
