Not sure if this is an oxide problem, a rust problem, plug in problem.. raidable bases stop sending messages to the chat and when I press tab to see my character my player name is replaced by [raidable bases].. once I noticed the problem I made sure I'm using the lastest version of oxide and v3.14 of raidable bases free version.. I also noticed this was a problem about 5 years ago after Rust update, and I'm pretty sure it's doing exactly the same thing

heya, I've tested this for you and chat messages are working. I don't change player names, so maybe you saw some drawing or UI that was on your screen get overlayed instead which is normal

Send Messages To Player is true in the config, that is what sends the messages.

Yeah, idk.. I reinstalled a clean version of 3.14 and I'm still getting no sent message.. I'm using the default steam id right now and my player name is correct.. bases are spawning fine but no messages are sent to me (admin as player).. should I be using a chat plugin? Thanks for the quick response and I will be purchasing the code once I understand how to get everything working

hi, chat plugin is not required. it will send chat messages by default, using Send Messages To Player in the config. I suppose another plugin could block the messages but I don't see why they would.
