"Blocked on 0 biome disabled topology"

I have the free version.
I've been using it for many years and everything has been fine. I have many houses in the copypaste folder and everything has always worked well.
I stopped the server a few months ago and restarted it. I updated copypaste and updated raidablebases. I reconfigured raidablebases.json:
Maintained Events is set to true and max events to 5, minimum number of players to 0.
Scheduled Events is set to enabled: true, minimum duration 30 seconds and maximum 60 seconds, maximum Scheduled Events: 5. And this is the initial console log:

From here, do not automatically start any base.

But if I use /paste or /rbe it works and a base in front of me.

I've used the exact same custom map from months ago and it worked before. I've also tried larger, more robust maps (over 4000), various seeds, and I get the same result.

I have all the biomes set to true in profile/raidbases.json (default).
I've attached both JSON files; see if you can spot the problem... I've spent three days looking into everything.

3.0.9 is a solid update so use that for now and I will release the next update with the Rust update

Indeed, it works correctly with version 3.0.9.

It's strange that no one else has experienced this issue after a clean install, and no one else is discussing it in the forums.

I'll keep an eye out for updates.

everyone is having an issue with 3.1.1 and there are multiple threads on it already :p

I'm just not going to release an update to fix it when 3.0.9 works fine already. it can wait for the Rust update :)
