Hi, In version 3.1.1, bases don’t spawn(with timed schedule), but everything initializes successfully.
Before the update, everything worked perfectly, just like it had for months, but now players are asking when raid bases will spawn?
I checked with the plugins command; it's not even loaded, and after it loads, it doesn't respond to anything, like the /rb command. Although I was able to spawn it manually, I think something's wrong with the plugin.

I don't know if this is a bug, but I've noticed it before and it worked now too: I went into Oxide/Data and deleted RaidTime in config.
It also works if I delete the entire RaidableBases file, then it starts showing the next spawn time and the /rb command works. I'll keep an eye on it; it's not clear yet whether the bases will spawn.

I rechecked, version 3.0.9 works fine, but version 3.1.1 does not spawn the bases on schedule,
after the time expires, nothing happens, only +1 event is added to the data(TotalEvents count).
