I paid for the bundle that gave me the mod and 10 bases for every level; but now looking at config it lookslike I have the default non pro config... I am willing to remove everything and reinstall but what order do I install?

hi, you can install in either order. 

unload the plugin and install the package again. you will have to overwrite the existing installation which will confirm you installed it in the correct location. everything follows the same folder structure that Oxide uses
