yeah i realised that after first mistake, just loaded a base via rbe and i can raid it, now all thats left is to get it to spawn raid and get the map makers who took my cash to help get my maps to work, i bought cheaper maps from developers at first to see if their maps works on my second test server, sadly spent a fortune, but im happy to buy a good premium map as my players would love it..
do you develop maps by any chance?

the plugin has fixed the issue. you have two admin groups.

1. admin (banned wasn't assigned here, thus it couldn't be removed)
2. <admin> (banned permission was assigned to this group)

it is advised to not grant every permission to a group. use permissions manager and selectively grant yourself individual permissions in the future. do not grant raidablebases.allow to your players. it is specifically for admins, mods and staff.

so thats what was  wrong, 2 admin groups, well i would have never found this error, you are so amazing giving your time to sort this, i was so ready to walk away as my head was just pickled by it all, i can normally find my way around but this issue was rocket science to me..

ok, you can spawn with rbe because each copypaste file has its own profile. this is fine and many servers do this. but it doesn't look intentional on your server. typically you have the RaidBases.json profile and put everything in there since you have the free version installed.

there are multiple issues however:

1. you don't have the plugin configured.
2. you have no loot configured.
3. you have copypaste files in the base loot folder
4. free version supports 1 difficulty but you are spawning 5 difficulties which is bad because every base will have the same loot from the 1 difficulty that is allowed (Normal mode)
5. the only loot is from the default loot file which is for demonstration and should be deleted after you configure your loot tables

it looks like you installed a base package that contained no profiles, loot tables or configuration. I can remove the unnecessary files if you want, but you need to configure your loot table and config

I HAS READ THE DOCUMENTATION BUT HONESTLY GOT SCARED OF THE IMPLICATIONS INVOLVED SO RAN AWAY FROM IT AS I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MESSING UP THE FILES. SO IF I PURCHASED THE PREMIUM VERSION WOULD THIS HELP THIS SITUATION BETTER?

yes it is a difficult plugin to setup. I understand that, but that is the nature of the beast

I will break it down for you:

1. there is the plugin itself, the RaidableBases.cs file that goes into your plugins folder. there is a free version with limits, and there is a paid version without these limits. neither plugin provides any additional files. config, profiles, loot tables and copypaste are to be setup by you.

2. there are tier packages. I sell these, and they contain everything for the plugin to work. config, profiles, loot tables and copypaste files. this is ideal for saving a lot of time as it is much easier to edit a tier package to your servers specific needs than it is to do it all from scratch. 

3. there are base packages. these contain copypaste files to add to your existing setup. sometimes a readme.txt file is provided in the zip archive which may contain commands to add every base from this package to your profiles. base packages generally do not come with anything else. 

it's a good plugin. so people like to create content for it that they can share and sell to others who want more base. some people have over 500 bases!

SO WITH THE PREMIUM VERSION ITS MORE OR LESS SET UP WITH DEAULT CONFIGURATIONS FOR ALL LEVELS OF BASES? BECUASE IM HAPPY WITH DEAULT LOOT ETC

I recommend tier 1 package + the plugin in a bundle, but you do have profiles, copypaste files and are content with the default loot table if you want to skip buying anything extra. you can buy the premium version, edit the config and set Always Maintain Max Events to true. then you will have all bases spawning randomly with the same loot.
