I have these set in Hard Bases Profile. When i enter a hard base it is showing "Loot 615" or something in this ball park in the Visual you have set when in a raidable base zone. As I go through the chests i am seeing many chests with small amounts of items in them. What could i be missing here?

you would need to enable Allow Duplicate Items in the profiles.

if Do Not Duplicate Base Loot or Do Not Duplicate Difficulty Loot is enabled in the config then Allow Duplicate Items will not duplicate those loot tables.

if probability option in the loot tables is too strict then it will limit the total amount of items that will spawn, too

json errors will prevent a loot table from being loaded but you can see this error when the plugin is re/loaded.

some other reasons but those are the most likely.
