1 location - and un-needed difficulties

There is 1 location that is like 1 "elevation" of water, at a beach, 2 bases will spawn there and no other bases will spawn on the map. It is also trying to spawn hard, expert, nightmare when i dont have any of those made yet and want it to only be trying to spawn easy, medium. When i looked on the site it says to change the "Elevation" but i feel that is old information and don't know where the new information is for me to have it stop trying to spawn those, and spawn the 2 other i want in other areas. 

it isn't going to try to spawn any difficulties that aren't configured.

increasing elevation (land level) won't help and it is capped at 3.0. it is only useful when decreasing it so that there is less of a gap between the foundations of the base and the ground. changing this will likely break the plugin. it should be 2.5

what does the plugin say when the grid loads?

Would be easier for you if i reload the plugin then send you what console reads?

I am not seeing a grid message. Could this have to do with the fact that i changed server map and did not wipe anything?

ya these are far too high and should be 0 to 100 at most. if you have a 4250 map and require all spawns be 500 meters from a monument then that doesn't leave you much room to work with at all. there are going to be very very few points on any map that aren't within 500 meters of a monument. so you are excluding almost every spawn point.

the plugin should never spawn a base inside of a monument anyway so you don't need to account for that with this setting.

disabling Allow Raid Bases On Beaches is going to cause issues on maps with poor terrain inland so if you get a low amount of potential points then this is also why.

Okay so it's meters. I seeee.... i've been noticing many times i don't know the unit of measurement for variable often. Seconds/Mins   Feet/Meters. Thank you very much, i will try to change this and inform you of the differences I see.

I only use meters. seconds and minutes is mostly self-explaintory based on the option name but there is some inconsistency there which can make it confusing. I'd change it but that would reset everyones setting and that's something I try to avoid.

Okay this is working. When i use /rbe debug it spends a lot of time "DEBUG: Building is unavailable: Hard Maintained   or expert maintained etc

I want to only be using easy / medium right now, is this something i need to be concerned with? 

no, it's debug so it's going to contain debug information to help people figure out why something isn't working (or isn't available).
