for me this always worked well, not sure when it happened, but a player today informed me that untouched bases wont de/respawn anymore. if bases get raided it will despawn. i checked config/date did a fresh install but nothing seems to help so far. i copied some lines that are related, but i cant see anything wrong

"Minutes Until Despawn After Looting (min: 1)": 15,
"Minutes Until Despawn After Looting Resets When Damaged": false,
"Minutes Until Despawn After Inactive (0 = disabled)": 30,
"Minutes Until Despawn After Inactive Resets When Damaged": true,
