I have the free version until i have my server set up how i want it. I have 3 diffrent bases that spawn but every single one has the exact same loot everytime in the same containers. Is that part of the free version or did i do something wrong setting it up.

that would just depend on how many items you have in your loot tables. if you don't have enough variety then the same items will always spawn. you should have 180 items or more in the table 

otherwise if the base contains loot in its copypaste file then its always going to spawn with that loot too. you can fix that by recopying with no loot in its copypaste file, or use Empty All Containers Before Spawning Loot
