I saw this thread from 10 months ago (couldn't find anything more recent) https://umod.org/community/raidable-bases/32359-add-npcs-in-bases?page=1#post-2 and I tried the command, but it just spawns a new base and doesn't actually load any NPCs.

Has the full functionality already been added to the premium version, or just that command? If the full functionality, is there a video?
