all other plugins on umod will remain free. i have another paid plugin i'm working on but its not ready yet and I wont be advertising it here

I have got plenty of customizations right now at Raidable Bases. Will have to change anything after buying and updating to the paid version or it will be just as any updates before. Asking as you mentioned if someone would download the new, free version, they have to change this and that in the files.

So in case if would by the paid version, will we have to change, amend any setting/coding we using right now?

you shouldn't have any issues updating to the paid version. the changes only apply to the adjustments made in the free version :)
