Howdy, 

First, awesome work on this beast of a plugin! I've been setting it up and everything is working as I would expect it to, except for two things. 

I believe the following setting should reward 100 RP when the base has been raided (tc destroyed?), but it is not. I verified that I do not have share reward enabled.

"Economics Money": 0.0,
"ServerRewards Points": 100

My understanding is following setting should spawn some more npc's when the base has been raided (tc destroyed?) however, it is not.

Any help with these two settings would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I did check both the oxide and ServerRewards logs, no signs of the RP given.
