Default(ish) config, only changed what i had to..

got priv, tried to place a box, it dissapears, i get “Too close to another building” message, 
checked "Do Not Destroy Player Built Deployables": true, 
i dont know if this is referrring to that.. is this a bug?

you are not allowed to build while in Vanish unless you enter the raid out of Vanish first.
