Would be nice to have a permission for lockout bypass for VIP ..

Also found a bug when a player gets kicked out of a bubble (due to the lockout timers) when they enter a car the driver is turned around 180 degrees and the copter the passager is sitting in the seat turn around 180 stareing at the driver.

added raidablebases.lockoutbypass permission in next update

180 bug is known and should hopefully be fixed in next update also
