Can somebody paste their config that shows what each difficulty having a unique loot table would look like to get it working? I tried pasting mine between the brackets under each difficulty, but all the items still spawn regardless of difficulty. Like C4 and rockets still spawning in easy bases and not just hard bases

The title of this thread implies that this feature set does not work properly when it does. Please have it renamed for clarity.
Loot will be taken from the base first, and then from the associated difficulty next. Lastly it will be taken from the treasure loot.
The code for this starts on line 3474 and is easy enough to follow to get the gist of what I mentioned above.
Therefore, put your unique loot in the base loot or the difficulty loot only.
base loot: "Loot (Empty List = Use Treasure Loot)": [],
difficulty loot: "Loot (Easy Difficulty)": []
treasure -> loot: "Loot": []

I figured it out, I just deleted the table at the very bottom it was overwritting the other loot tables
