Permissions are broken

Thanks for bringing this up, I'll take a look when I get a chance. Until then I recommend using v2.1.7 until I can get this sorted.

I looked into this for you, the permissions are working correctly in 2.1.8.

However, if you have the raidprotection.admin permission, you will NOT count as an authorized player on a toolcupboard, therefore, if someone with raidprotection.admin is the only player authorized on a TC, then it will NOT received protection. Revoke the raidprotection.admin permission from yourself and you should see that it is working.
