A friend of mine and another person asked a few months ago (in a thread down below) and I really thing this would be awesome if possible. 

I feel bad that a solo has to pay the same amount as a 6 man clan.

Sorry, the team size cost was never implemented. However, there are options to make larger bases (by foundation) cost more.
