default can raid 2 times a day and vip 3 times or so on.

This is what I was hoping this plugin did.
Having the ability to limit raids per bases is nice, but typically one raid is all it takes as most raids are offline raids. 
I would like to be able to curb those crazy aggressive raiders who run everyone off a server lol

Count raids per person and/or team, when hit limit refund items used on non owned structures. After timer, remove limit.
