Amount of spawns and locations wrong, and conflicting

Loving this mod but having slight issues. This is great for creating a spawn table that can be taking from seed to seed!

A) Numbers - The amount of them, I turned it down to 1 in the config json n theres still 6~12 spawning.

B) Locations - They're all spawning bunched up and no where near the POI, like 2-300m on a hill/mountain east of the airfeild monument.

C) Conflicts - Murders, Scientists, and Animals all don't play nice. They constantly attack one another. So if you put Murders and Chickens on, they're running around killing the chickens unprovoked. Or Scientist n Bears... They both go ham ^_^

There's the monument in the back and them bunched up saying hi

yea sorry i saw that awhile after, but because of the monument on my current seed I thought it was just missing the monument by 100-150m but yea its the center of the map. At first glance I didnt think it was related. yea any plugins i got on my server i have watched so i updated n same bug. Happy coding, good looking out. I should've deleted or updated with that link. Screenshot says it all though lol
