Hi guys, I've noticed that NPCs (scientists/murderers) are given a random name in the DeathNotes.json file.

These names are not capitalized like the rest of the many (thousands?) of names already in the file.

The question is, how do I make RadtownAnimals use the NPC names I want and how to stop adding random names by itself to DeathNotes.
